Ozzie Benitez

Ozzie is a highly skilled and driven racquets professional who has dedicated his life to coach, mentor, and develop players of all levels and ages. He is an elite-level USPTA certified tennis, platform tennis and pickleball professional. Currently, he is ranked #74 in the nation in platform tennis. 

Prior to joining MSX in the Spring of 2023, Ozzie was the Head of Racquet Sports at Siwanoy Country Club for over 4 years. He has traveled nationally and internationally coaching top junior players that competed at the highest level. Additionally, Ozzie has a track record of leading first-class racquet programs at respected country clubs in Palm Beach County, FL and Westchester County, NY. 

As a player, Ozzie consistently ranked in the Top 5 juniors in Argentina, until he moved to Florida, USA where he won the High School State Championship in singles and doubles. Thereafter, he went on to play Division 1 tennis at Florida Atlantic University.

Jose Castro

Jose is a USPTA Certified Professional and Pickleball Certified Professional from Venezuela. He has over 9 years of experience in coaching and mentoring players of different ages and levels. He is a passionate and energetic coach, who is joyfully married. 

He was ranked #1 in the country for the 18 and under category and had the fortune to represent Venezuela internationally at the Junior stages. Jose attended Cowley College (Kansas), a top 5 JUCO program, where he reached the JUCO national finals and was selected as a Second Team All American. 

Jose continued his education by completing his bachelor's degree in business management at Oliver Nazarene University (Illinois), an NAIA School. He played #1 for both singles and doubles, where he bested the #1 ranked NAIA player in the nation. Jose was selected as a First Team All American, and First Team All Conference while playing ONU.
